Customer has a leaking vanity drain assembly. The assembly is being replaced with a metal assembly.
Customer has a chrome kitchen double bowl sink drain assembly rotted and rusted through the p-trap causing water damage in the sink cabinet. We are replacing the whole assembly with PVC to prevent the future problems with rust and rot out.
Commercial customer has a main water shut off valve that has failed preventing the ability to turn off water at the building. We replaced the gate type cut off valve with a ball valve type.
Customer has several plumbing checklist items to knock out. Replace 3 bathroom faucet assemblies, repair water heater. We used stainless braided supply lines and brass drain assemblies.
Customer has a slow bathtub drain. Discovered bath tub has a drum trap from the 1930's installed upside down and galvanized drain lines. We completely removed the entire drum trap assembly, tub drain assembly and installed all new PVC piping and a 2" p-trap drain for maximum drain flow into the existing plumbing system. Most typical tub drains are 1.5" diameter and we upgraded to 2" diameter.
Customer has a failed water heater that has been leaking for several years. We are replacing the water heater with a new A.O Smith 50 Gallon Electric Unit.
Customer requested installation of Waterdrop brand tap water filtration system.
